The Wharf of Silveira (Portuguese: Cais da Silveira) is situated in the Bay of Fanal, in the civil parish of São Pedro, in the municipality of Angra do Heroísmo, along the southern coast of Terceira, in the Portuguese archipelago of the Azores. The region constituted part of a historical fishing anchorage, owing to the high cliffs and protection in the shadow of Monte Brasil; the cliffs of basalt formed from successive pyroclastic lava flows that resulted in the formation of the tuff cone. At one end of the wharf is the Caracol, literally, the "snail", since the winding tower resembles the shell of a gastropod.

The Church of São Mateus (Portuguese: Igreja de São Mateus) is a Baroque church in the civil parish of São Mateus da Calheta, in the municipality of Angra do Heroísmo, in the Portuguese archipelago of the Azores. The church is the major rural temple on the island of Terceira, and one of the larger churches in the Azores. Apart from its apparent volume, the church is marked by several carvings on its main facade, that include the three of the Cardinal Virtues, while its two lateral bell towers are unique in the archipelago for their size and pyramidal spires.

The (Old) Church of São Mateus da Calheta (Portuguese: Igreja Velha de São Mateus da Calheta) are the ruins of a 16th-century church situated along the coast of the civil parish of São Mateus da Calheta, municipality of Angra do Heroísmo, on the Portuguese island of Terceira, in the archipelago of the Azores. Reconstructed at the end of the 17th, or beginning of the 18th, century, the church was abandoned after a hurricane caused severe damage. The interior includes a baptismal font dating to the 16th century, although largely an open air ruin; the structure has experienced several interventions throughout the centuries, with the building painted and maintained in its post-hurricane state.
