The North Caldwell Historic District in Caldwell, Idaho, includes one church and five houses constructed in the Queen Anne style in the 1880s and 1890s. The historic district is between Albany and Belmont Streets on 9th Avenue with one house midblock on Belmont between 8th and 9th Avenues. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, and it is part of a larger, 15-site walking tour also designated by the city of Caldwell as North Caldwell Historic District.

The Caldwell Carnegie Library in Caldwell, Idaho, also known as the Caldwell Veterans Memorial Hall, was constructed from a grant by the Carnegie library foundation. The building opened in 1914 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places June 18, 1979. Its modest, 1-story Renaissance design is credited to Charles Carroll Soule and features reading rooms on either side of the main entrance.

The Caldwell Historic District in Caldwell, Idaho, is an area of approximately four acres in downtown Caldwell along Main Street, South 7th Avenue, South Kimball Avenue, and Arthur Street. Fires in 1884 and in 1896 destroyed businesses in early Caldwell, and brick had become Caldwell's favored building material for downtown structures.: 50 In 1906 alone, brick construction on Main Street between South 7th and South Kimball Avenues included the Steunenberg Block, the Egleston Block, and expansion of the Lucas Block—soon known as the Little Block and later dubbed the Harmon Building. When the Caldwell Historic District was surveyed in 1982, many brick historic buildings adjacent to the district were not included.

The John C. Rice House is a 2-story, Queen Anne style house constructed in 1896 in the Washington Heights neighborhood, afterwards relocated to 2121 College Ave> of Caldwell, Idaho. The house features an octagonal turret at the south end of a wraparound porch, a gable roof, and (originally) a lava rock foundation. In 1904 a cement sidewalk was constructed from the Rice House to downtown Caldwell, a distance of approximately 16 blocks.

The Henry W. and Ida Frost Dorman House is a 2-story, Neoclassical house in Caldwell, Idaho, designed and constructed in 1910 by local builder Lem Harding. The Dormans occupied the house from 1910 until 1919, when it was purchased by three doctors and refitted as a private hospital, the Caldwell Sanitarium. When the sanitarium closed in 1949, the house was donated to the P.E.O. Sisterhood for renovation as a "chapter house" or retirement home for members.
